  • Yes. All confirmed orders come with a complimentary fully printed pre-production umbrella sample to ensure you are totally satisfied with the product and print quality before we manufacture your order.

  • We require your logo or design artwork in a high quality print file, preferably EPS or AI format. We can work with JPEG files also, as long as they are high resolution (at least 300 DPI).

  • Anywhere from two to six weeks depending on the complexity of the design. For example, when we produce custom umbrellas with detailed patterns, this requires manual pattern matching by hand, which will take a little extra time.

  • Yes. We are so confident about the strength, quality and durability of our range of iBrolly umbrellas that they are supplied with a full performance guarantee.
