Once you are happy with your approved design and quotation, we will produce a completely free custom-printed umbrella sample. It’s essential that you are absolutely delighted with your corporate umbrella order, and this service offers a valuable opportunity to approve canopy colours and digital printing that can’t really be conclusively approved via photos.
Production of your custom umbrella order
Depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity, production takes between ten and twenty-eight days. Once completed, we will send detailed photographs over to confirm the order matches the approved custom-printed umbrella sample.
Delivery time
For Irish customers who require their custom umbrella orders urgently, our transit time is about three to five days from when the order is completed. There are some great discounts available for much longer delivery lead times, where we can import by sea and courier around the country.

All our personalised umbrellas feature automatic opening – there will be a button just below the handle that is pressed to release a strong spring. This opens the umbrella quickly, but just as importantly, the spring mechanism also gives stability in windy conditions when open.
What’s a dual-vented umbrella canopy?
A dual-vented canopy is a design mainly featured on our golf umbrellas, where there are two separate canopies. The upper canopy is designed to lift slightly in high winds, allowing air to escape and reducing the risk of the umbrella turning inside out, effectively making it storm-proof.
This construction makes vented umbrellas a more reliable choice in changing weather conditions, while still offering excellent opportunities for full all-over branding.
Can you offer individually personalised umbrellas?

We use Polyester Pongee 200T fabric – this is low-shine, stain-resistant, and treated with a waterproofing agent, ensuring the canopy stays clean-looking for longer and will not leak.

What is the minimum order for custom-branded umbrellas?
The minimum quantity for custom-made umbrellas can be as low as twenty-five units. If you want the umbrellas to be colour-matched or dye-sublimated with an all-over design, we generally ask for fifty units.
Can I place a bulk order for premium umbrellas?
Yes. As we are the manufacturer, the higher the volume of your order, the lower the price. We can offer some great bulk discounts for larger wholesale purchases.

We offer a full design service, and it’s absolutely free without obligation – all you have to do is contact us by emailing your logo artwork and brand details, including Pantone references, and we will create some visuals to show you what can be done.
Once a design is approved and an order confirmed, we always run a free completed sample. This is a great service and ensures you are completely happy with everything before we move to production.

Do you offer eco-friendly umbrellas made from sustainable materials?
Yes – iBrolly offers a great range of umbrellas made from recycled materials. All our customised umbrella canopies can be made from recycled polyester, known as R-PET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate), which is made from recycled water bottles reclaimed from the world’s oceans. We take white material and dye-sublimate it with any design or picture. The shafts can be metal – we offer steel and aluminium, both of which are recyclable.
We can also include bamboo handles and tips, which are made from fast-growing bamboo and are ecologically friendly. We also have a range of handles and tips made from recycled materials.
For all our eco-friendly umbrellas, we add custom swing tags with your marketing message on one side and details of the special fabric on the reverse.
Do you offer full colour all over printing?
Yes, iBrolly specialise in full colour and all over printing – all our umbrella are bespoke and made to order – we can take a picture or image and spread it overs the panel seams to generate a single picture over all eight panels…
There has to be a little tolerance as the material moves during the sewing process but the more colour and more intricate the design the less any slippage will be noticed.
We have lots of clients requiring their artwork spread over the canopy and also companies asking to have maps or product photos – the options are limitless really.
What's the lead-time?
We can deliver in three weeks if the requirement is urgent – with a little more time we like to supply a free completed sample for conclusive approval. Production is generally 14 to 21 days and once completed we can either import by courier or offer a good discount to import by sea.
What canopy colours do you have in stock?
We have approximately 80 different stock fabric colours available at any given time. The colours tend to get updated with current fashion trends from year to year. If you give us a colour reference, we can usually find an exact or very close match within our stock fabric inventory.
What format should I send my logo for the free design?
For our free umbrella design service, a low resolution JPEG version of your logo will be fine. Most companies will have that to hand..
What format should I send my logo or design?
In order to replicate your logo to the highest standard we require it emailed in a high quality format. Either EPS, PDF or ideally AI format.
Are you a supplier to distributors of promotional products?
Yes. We are a member of the BPMA and commonly supply promotional product distributors with our customised umbrellas.
